Mr. Griffin's practice focuses on product liability and professional liability defense. He has defended a variety of complex product liability cases including nationwide litigation involving prescription drugs. Matt has extensive experience defending a broad range of professionals, including healthcare providers, attorneys, insurance brokers, and mortgage brokers. Matt has also worked on the defense of consumer class actions involving unfair and deceptive business practices as well as nationwide toxic tort litigation involving lead paint. He also maintains an active practice representing individuals and corporations in business and construction litigation matters.
