David O'Brien's practice has its emphasis on directors' and officers' liability coverage and insurance defense. He serves as insurance coverage and monitoring counsel for claims made under Directors and Officers insurance policies in cases involving employment practices claims, civil rights violations and securities claims. Mr. O'Brien's litigation practice has focused on premises liability, products liability, construction accidents, contract disputes and labor and employment issues.

Prior to joining Peabody & Arnold LLP, Mr. O'Brien served as a law clerk to the justices of the Massachusetts Superior Court.
