Kevin Cain's practice focuses on civil litigation.
He has broad experience in business litigation, including but not limited to shareholder actions, business torts, contract disputes and employment matters. He has litigated a number of intellectual property matters including the enforcement of trademarks, protection of trade secrets, and patent infringement claims. Mr. Cain is a registered patent attorney.
In the area of professional liability, Mr. Cain has extensive experience defending law firms and individual lawyers, including significant experience defending specialized practitioners such as patent lawyers. He has defended real estate brokers, insurance brokers, architects, engineers and psychologists.
Mr. Cain also utilizes his background as a licensed pilot to assist him in the defense of major airlines, aircraft owners, Fixed Based Operators and pilots in a wide variety of matters.
He enjoys a healthy and broad based insurance defense practice in which his experience includes the defense of automobile, trucking, environmental, toxic tort, and product liability claims.
