Kathleen Papadeas is developing her practice in Directors and Officers liability coverage and insurance defense. She serves as insurance coverage and monitoring counsel and specializes in claims under Directors and Officers, Employment Practices and Professional Liability policies. As monitoring counsel, Ms. Papadeas handles all forms of civil litigation against corporate officers and directors, including securities fraud litigation under federal and state laws, investigations by governmental agencies, shareholder derivative suits, and employment practices claims.

Ms. Papadeas is a graduate of the College of the Holy Cross and the University of Connecticut School of Law. While in law school, she served as a research assistant at the University of Connecticut School of Law Insurance Law Center. She also interned at Chubb Specialty Insurance and at Peabody & Arnold LLP.
