Ed Polubinski concentrates his practice in corporate law and in related litigation. Issues related to minority shareholders of closely held corporation are a large component of Mr. Polubinski's practice. He is one of the few attorneys in the country who combine a high profile minority shareholder litigation practice with a corporate practice. This combination gives him a unique, and his clients a valuable, perspective of shareholder issues in closely held corporations, both in litigation and in helping clients avoid litigation by using effective planning. With respect to the latter, he prepares and negotiates "buy-sell" agreements, voting trusts and voting agreements and deals with other aspects of corporate governance and succession planning.
