Timothy M. Pomarole is developing his practice in professional liability and business litigation.
Mr. Pomarole is an honors graduate of Duke University School of Law, where he was an Articles Editor for the Duke Journal of Gender Law & Policy and where he was an Executive Board Member of the Moot Court Board. After graduating from law school, Mr. Pomarole worked for two years as an appellate attorney for the Suffolk County District Attorney's Office. He also clerked for the Honorable Roger L. Wollman of the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit and for the Honorable Edward F. Harrington of the District of Massachusetts.
