Benjamin R. Sigel is an associate in the Firm's litigation department. Mr. Sigel's practice focuses on complex civil and commercial litigation, construction law, business litigation, and the defense of professional liability claims, where he primarily represents lawyers, accountants, architects, engineers, and brokers against claims of malpractice.

Mr. Sigel is a graduate of Middlebury College and Hebrew University, Rothberg School for Overseas Students. He earned his law degree, cum laude, from American University, Washington College of Law, and his masters in business administration from American University, Kogod School of Business. During law school, Mr. Sigel participated in the civil practice clinic, where he successfully represented indigent clients in family law and employment discrimination cases.

Mr. Sigel is also active as a volunteer in the community, where he sits on the Board of Directors of the American Jewish Committee-Boston Chapter; Board of Directors of the Jewish Community Relations Council; Board of Governors, Overseas Committee, Young Jewish Leaders Council, and Young Adult Planning and Allocation Committee of Combined Jewish Philanthropies; Young Leaders Council of AIPAC; and the Advisory Board of Bet Tzedek.
