Greg Pendleton is an associate in the Firm's Directors and Officers Liability Group. He serves as insurance coverage and monitoring counsel, assessing the extent of coverage under professional liability policies. Mr. Pendleton also handles all forms of civil litigation against corporate directors and officers, including securities fraud, investigations by governmental agencies, shareholder derivative suits, and employment practices claims.

Mr. Pendleton received his Juris Doctor and Bachelor of Arts from the University of Washington. Following law school, he served as a John A. Knauss Fellow in the Department of Commerce in Washington, DC.
