Peabody & Arnold Partner Katherine L. Kenney has been appointed by the Justices of the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court to a three-year term on the Standing Advisory Committee (“SAC”) on the Rules of Professional Conduct.  The SAC Committee is comprised of legal professionals with expertise in the ethics of the practice of law.  Katherine, whose practice focuses on professional liability litigation, joins Bar Counsel, General Counsel of the Board of Bar Overseers and other senior members of the legal community on the Committee. The SAC Committee meets regularly to review issues and proposals concerning the Massachusetts Rules of Professional Conduct.
