Heather G. Reid

Heather serves as insurance coverage and monitoring counsel and specializes in claims under directors and officers, employment practices, and professional liability policies.  Heather assesses the extent of coverage for securities class actions, shareholder derivative litigation, claims by bankruptcy trustees and receivers, employment practices litigation, and regulatory investigations against officers, directors, and employees of public and private corporations, non-profit organizations, and universities.  Heather communicates with defense counsel and the insured regarding the status and strategy of the litigation and provides insurance carriers with her assessment of potential liability, exposure, and damages.
