Peabody & Arnold attorneys Allen David and Kristyn Kelley co-authored the Ethical Commentary in the fourth edition of the two-volume treatise Massachusetts Discovery Practice that was recently published by MCLE (available here). The Ethical Commentary deals with the effect of the Massachusetts Rules of Professional Conduct on discovery practice under the Massachusetts and Federal Rules of Civil Procedure.
