Campbell is an associate in Peabody & Arnold’s Boston office, practicing in the firm’s Representations & Warranties Insurance Coverage practice group. Campbell’s practice focuses on advising US and London-based insurers to navigate complex claims arising out of mergers and acquisitions activity.
Prior to joining Peabody & Arnold, Campbell was an insurance coverage and litigation associate in the Seattle office of an AmLaw 100 firm, advising and representing insurers in a broad range of insurance coverage and extra-contractual liability matters across Washington, Oregon, California, Georgia, Florida, and Colorado. Campbell previously practiced at a Seattle-based mid-sized insurance firm and served as a legal extern for the Education Division of Washington State’s Office of the Attorney General.
Campbell earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Washington School of Law, prior to which he worked for insurance managing general agents in Washington State and in London. Campbell earned a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) degree with first class honors from the University of Aberdeen in Scotland, and an LL.M ( International Commercial Law) from University College London (UCL), earning a “distinction” mark for his dissertation on fraudulent claims and the insured’s post-contractual duty of good faith under English insurance law.
