David G. O’Brien

David is a partner in the firm’s Directors and Officers Liability Group. He serves as insurance coverage and monitoring counsel, specializing in claims made under directors and officers, employment practices liability and fiduciary liability policies. David evaluates and assesses coverage, monitors litigation cases for his clients, and negotiates coverage disputes. He maintains contact with defense counsel and insureds regarding the status of litigation and strategies for resolving cases. David provides his insurer clients with an independent evaluation of potential liability so that they can make informed decisions on risk assessment.
