Kevin’s practice concentrates on insurance coverage litigation and other types of civil litigation defense. Kevin has broad experience representing insurers in declaratory judgment actions, against bad faith claims, and in a variety of other civil litigations in both Massachusetts and New York, where he has obtained successful results for his clients. He also represents businesses in contract and tort actions. Drawing on his significant courtroom experience, Kevin also frequently advises clients on complex legal issues and litigation strategies in both state and federal courts.
Prior to joining Peabody & Arnold, Kevin served as an Assistant District Attorney in the Special Prosecutions Unit in Suffolk County, Massachusetts, where he investigated and prosecuted complex financial crimes, public integrity matters, and cyber crime cases. Kevin has substantial experience both overseeing in-depth investigations and litigating significant issues in court, having tried to verdict over sixty cases in the Massachusetts Superior and District Courts.
Kevin received his Juris Doctor from Boston College Law School, where he was a member of the Journal of Law & Social Justice and recipient of the Joseph F. & Mary Gill Award for Outstanding Mock Trial Participant.
