Matthew P. Fachetti

Matt serves as insurance coverage and monitoring counsel in claims under directors and officers, employment practices, and professional liability policies. He assesses potential insurance liability for all forms of civil litigation against corporate officers and directors, including securities class actions, shareholder derivative litigation, and regulatory investigations.

Matt was a paralegal at Peabody & Arnold for two years before law school. During law school, he represented small businesses and entrepreneurs as a student attorney.

Matt enjoys skiing, historical nonfiction, cooking, and going to Red Sox games.
