Sam is an associate in the firm’s Professional Liability Litigation Department. Sam’s civil litigation practice concentrates on defending professional liability claims. He represents lawyers, accountants, engineers, and design professionals including defense of malpractice claims and disciplinary proceedings.
Prior to joining Peabody & Arnold, Sam practiced at a civil litigation firm, practicing in a variety of areas including commercial litigation, employment defense, professional liability, and personal injury.
Sam earned his Juris Doctor from University of Southern California Gould School of Law, where he served as a Senior Editor for the Southern California Law Review.
Sam graduated from Case Western Reserve University with a Bachelor of Arts in Music and Economics.
