Susan is a partner in the firm’s Professional Liability Litigation Department. Susan’s civil litigation practice concentrates on defending professional liability claims. She represents lawyers, accountants, and design professionals in a variety of matters, including defense of malpractice claims and disciplinary proceedings.
Prior to joining Peabody & Arnold, Susan litigated personal injury, construction defect, and premises liability matters in Massachusetts and Rhode Island.
Susan received her Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from Suffolk University School of Law. During law school, Susan served as Senior Managing Editor for the Suffolk University Law Review and Magister of Suffolk’s legal honor society, Phi Delta Phi. Susan also competed in three national appellate moot court competitions where her team placed in the semifinals and finals.
Susan graduated magna cum laude from Salve Regina University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Administration of Justice.
