Courtney Shea Winters, an associate at Peabody & Arnold, LLP was appointed to serve as a Region 9 Delegate of the Massachusetts Bar Association for the 2016-2017 association year. As a delegate, Courtney will represent MBA members in her region, Suffolk County, as a voting member of the MBA House of Delegates. Courtney was also appointed by the MassBar incoming President to serve on the MassBar’s Complex Commercial Litigation Section Council for the upcoming year. See page 5. Also in July, Courtney was appointed as Vice Chair of the ABA’s Professional Liability Insurance Committee.
