Peabody & Arnold Partner Matt Griffin has been appointed Chair of the American Bar Association’s Pharmaceutical, Medical Device and Bioscience Committee for the 2023-2024 committee year. The committee is part of the ABA’s Tort Trial & Insurance Practice Section (TIPS) and strives to educate its members on legal issues relating to the life sciences including regulatory developments and emerging trends in pharmaceutical and medical device litigation.
