Partner, Colleen Hennessey served as counsel on behalf of a pharmaceutical company in a two-week evidentiary hearing in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Atlantic County which resulted in the exclusion of two plaintiffs’ experts and the dismissal of more than 2000 cases. Following the hearing the judge issued a ruling expressly rejecting the opinions of the plaintiffs’ medical and biostatistics experts for failing to meet the standards of scientific reliability.
