Peabody & Arnold Partners Scarlett Rajbanshi and Lincoln Rose recently spoke at the American Bar Association Tort Trial & Insurance Practice Section’s Insurance Coverage Litigation Committee’s mid-year meeting as part of a panel titled “Avoiding Traps for the Unwary: Common Issues in Additional Insured Coverage.” The panel discussed common coverage issues involving additional insureds, such as the scope of additional insured coverage, common coverage gaps, indemnity agreements, and strategies for resolving coverage disputes involving putative additional insureds.  Recent notable additional insured coverage decisions were examined, and the panel provided insight on key issues that will continue to drive litigation in the future. Steven C. Corhern of Balch & Bingham LLP served as the panel moderator. Erin Howell, In-House Counsel, EPIC Insurance Brokers & Consultant also spoke on the panel.
