On April 9, 2019, Peabody & Arnold Partner Stephanie Kao spoke on a Boston Bar Association panel titled “Cyber Insurance: Recent Developments and Cases.” The program covered recent developments in cyber insurance, including potential coverage for EU General Data Protection regulation and the interpretation of war and terrorism exclusions.  The program also covered recent cases involving coverage for cyber-related risks.

Stephanie’s practice focuses on advising Fortune 500 insurance carriers as insurance coverage and monitoring counsel specializing in claims under directors and officers, employment practices, fiduciary liability and professional liability policies.
